A more gradual and compassionate approach to healing.....is to look at what to include versus what to exclude. There is no reason to deny.
The greatest lesson to learn is realizing, by experiencing, how what-when-how we eat creates our feelings and our thoughts, and how our feelings & thoughts create our lives.........what goes in must come out.
So I wish for us all to eat as well as we can for a JOYFULL life.
